Community Impact

Since our founding in 1905, Shepard has run on a culture of service—service to our customers, to each other, and to the communities where we live and work. This year we upped our give-back game with 5 humbling United Way volunteer events.

In 2020 Shepard partnered with United Way to provide direct assistance to purpose-driven organizations in our home communities.

We’re committed to lifting up the less affluent members of our communities. Our philanthropic efforts are focused on providing resources, creating opportunities, and supporting local families in the areas we serve.

A special shout out to the Shepard teams who rolled up their sleeves to fill hygiene kits in Orlando, stock community fridges in Atlanta, stuff backpacks with school supplies in Las Vegas, and prepare gift bags to welcome children to a free daycare in Baltimore.
